Our company's cooperation with FEFA Faculty

MicroFinance Consulting is a company that primarily deals with advising legal entities in the field of finance and business planning. It is dedicated to maximizing value for each client and successfully completing each job within which it operates. MicroFinance Consulting DOO and FEFA Faculty (Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration), at Metropolitan University, signed a Business Cooperation Agreement in March 2021 with the aim of enabling University students to acquire practical knowledge in the field of finance. The signatories of the Agreement agreed to establish partnership relations in the following areas:

Formation of student internship programs, monitoring of student work and formation of employment programs in accordance with the capabilities and business activities of the Company, as follows:

  • Student internships for FEFA students in undergraduate academic studies for a minimum duration of two weeks, throughout the year.
  • Student internships for FEFA students in master's academic studies for a minimum duration of one month, throughout the year.
  • Organizing guest lectures and presentations by delegated members of the Company, in agreement with the Faculty;
  • Implementation of joint workshops and cooperation with students and representatives of student organizations;
  • Establishing a scholarship program for master's and doctoral theses on topics that contribute to the Company's business activities;
  • Possibility of organizing field teaching for Faculty students, in the form of visits to company premises or separate plants;
  • The possibility of obtaining recommendations from a database with biographies of graduates, final year students and fourth-year students in cooperation with the FEFA Career Guidance and Counseling Center;
  • Academic advancement in the Faculty's academic programs, as well as organization of training for Company employees, in accordance with the Company's needs.

Through the student internship program, participants will have the opportunity to interact with business people, understand their needs, and work on their implementation.

In addition to the above activities, students will be able to learn and gain practical knowledge in the following areas:

  • Start-up loans, ways and possibilities of obtaining them
