Bankarska garancija

A bank guarantee is a means of securing receivables and represents a written document by which the bank undertakes to the recipient of the guarantee (beneficiary) in the event that a third party fails to fulfill the obligation on the maturity of the receivable, to settle the obligation if the conditions specified in the guarantee are met.
MicroFinance Consulting provides its clients with complete support during the process of securing bank guarantees, which, among other things, include:

• Collecting necessary documentation,
• Analysis of financial potential and possibilities for taking guarantees,
• Negotiations with banks regarding the conditions for the implementation of bank guarantees, etc.

The main advantage of a bank guarantee is its faster and more efficient implementation, given that in the event of the debtor's performance of the obligation, the creditor does not usually have to initiate a court case to settle his claim. A bank guarantee is safer than a surety and mortgage, since the fulfillment of the debtor's obligation is guaranteed by the bank as a financial institution.
The beneficiary of the guarantee may assign its rights under the guarantee to a third party only by assigning the claim secured by the guarantee and transferring its obligations in relation to the secured claim.
MicroFinance Consulting is ready to use its resources and knowledge to stand behind you and help you with the implementation of your request, and collect its commission after the bank guarantee is approved.
