A quality business plan - a business plan is necessary when starting any new business or expanding and improving existing business activities, as well as when submitting loan applications or seeking funds offered by non-banking financial institutions (domestic and foreign funds, European Union funds, etc.)
MFC will carry out all necessary preparations for your company to develop a business plan, or a business plan or project for EU funds (determining the content, collecting market information, financial analysis and, if necessary, the technological and organizational aspects of the business plan).


Business plan – A business plan contains:
• General information about the investor (status data, company's activities and history, market positioning, stakeholder relations, analysis of financial statements, etc.)
• General information about the planned investment
• Investment goals and purpose
• Market analysis with emphasis on supply and sales analysis
• Analysis of the location of the planned investment
• Technical and technological analyses (if the project requires it)
• Human resources analysis
• SWOT analysis
• Environmental protection analysis (if the project requires it)
• Financial analysis
• Assessment of the financial efficiency of the project
• Explanation and final assessment of the project
If, in addition to the above analyses and indicators, you would like us to additionally process some other segment through the business plan (Business Plan), you can send us a request. The business plan can be expanded with additional indicators at the client's request.

The expert team for developing the Business Plan consists of three professors from the Faculty of Economics, two professors from technological fields, and one professor from the Faculty of Agronomy.
