If you live outside Serbia, establishing a company, or establishing an entrepreneur (entrepreneurial activity), establishing a LLC, or any other legal form can be completed in the shortest possible time. MFC can provide you with a service for establishing a company for non-residents. MFC will register the company at your request, and based on the information you have provided to us, MFC will create an authorization for company registration that you will verify in the country where you reside. Based on the authorization, MFC will register the company (LLC registration, entrepreneur registration, association registration, AD registration, OD registration, agricultural farm registration) with the relevant institutions. After that, you only need to spend 1 day in Belgrade to complete the process of registering the company, or establishing the company.
